Faculty from the Nepean Hospital and Dunedin Intensive Care will be running their 4th RACEplus course on the 8th and 9th of February 2020 in Dunedin. The course is targeted at critical care and acute care physicians. It has a strong focus on HANDS-ON practice in small groups. The objective is to equip physicians with the skill to perform a focused bedside transthoracic echo to identify common cardiac and haemodynamic disorders.
RACEplus also covers some advanced TTE and critical care ultrasound topics, like lung ultrasound. Professor Anthony McLean and CNS Iris Ting are internationally leading experts in critical care echocardiography and we are very happy that they have agreed to run this course with us again in 2020 despite their busy schedules. Registration is limited to 16 participants.
